LAHORE, AUGUST 2019: CCL’s Training function recently organized a weeklong field force development training for sales promotion officers. This comprehensive training session, which was held in Lahore, was attended by over 52 participants.
Training topics included human anatomy and physiology, pharmacology and microbiology, products and disease areas and selling skills. Apart from these, other topics included CCL’s values, adverse event reporting, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and general introduction to policies and guidelines by the Human Resource, Medical and SFE departments.
Dr. Shazad Khan, CEO and MD, Muhammad Akram, Commercial Director, Shoaib Ahmed, Chief HR officer and Rizwan-ur-Rasheed, GM CCL, encouraged the audience to maximize their learning. They inspired participants by highlighting organizational objectives and emphasized to put their maximum effort to achieve personal and organizational goals.
Later tutorial sessions were conducted by the training team, with the help of respective product managers, followed by detailing sessions. Knowledge of participants was evaluated through a daily quiz and competition. Participants were also taken to CCL’s Plant and Head Office; winners of the training program were awarded medals and souvenirs.
