LAHORE, APRIL. 2019: The Talent & Organizational Development team in Human Resources recently participated in a career fair held at the Institute of Business Administration, Punjab University New Campus in Lahore. Organized by the IBA, it was a daylong affair, which was participated by over 50 prominent national and multinational organizations.
“Career fairs provide a unique platform for fresh graduates to find suitable opportunities and it is in line with one of the key initiatives of CCL strategic priority of Robust Talent Management,”
remarked Shoaib Ahmed, Chief HR Officer CCL.
The IBA Career Fair also served as the perfect avenue for prospective employers to scout for the best talent and bring on board the best employees for their organizations. CCL had set up a stand at the event where students could interact with the team and find out about career opportunities.
Nida Tariq, HR Coordinator and Adil Tariq, Operations Specialist in HR were present at the occasion to answer all types of queries. The HR team held talks with fresh graduates and evaluated their knowledge, skills, and passion to learn in a working environment.
