CCL and Ziauddin Nursing School sign MoU on training of nurses and paramedics

KARACHI, SEPTEMBER 2018: CCL recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ziauddin College of Nursing on the Cardiac Assistance Critical Care (CACE) Program in Karachi.  The MoU was signed by Dr Sarwat Faisal, Medical Affairs Manager CCL and Dr. Aliya Nasir of Ziauddin Nursing School.

The MoU signing ceremony was followed by a workshop on Art & Science of Hemodynamic Monitoring on Learning Excellence for Critical Care; it was attended by 40 participants from different institutes of Karachi. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Alia Nasir and Dr. Ashraf Salman and Dr. Samina Jiwani.

As part of the MoU, CCL will organize a series of workshops across the country to educate and train nurses, assistants of physicians and critical care staff offering hands-on training.

Ziauddin College of Nursing aims to prepare nurses with advanced knowledge, skills and attitude that are needed to practice efficient and skillful nursing at national and international level. Hence upon graduation, students are able to demonstrate responsibility and accountability to the nursing profession.
