DUBAI, SEPTEMBER 2018: Over 230 employees of CCL recently went on a 4-day excursion to Dubai as a reward for achieving their 100% and above sales targets for the past year. The employees included sales promotion officers, district sales managers, sales managers and some head office employees as well.
The team spent the first evening checking in the Grand Excelsior Hotel, Deira, Dubai and spent a leisurely evening at the Dubai Shopping Mall.
Next day a Town Hall session was planned for suggestions and feedback from achievers. Muhammad Akram, Commercial Director CCL Pharmaceuticals, elaborated the objectives and expectations of the meeting.
Field force members shared their experiences and learning with the audience, which certainly can be a guiding force for others to follow. This was a wonderfully interactive and insightful session. The group spent the next two days visiting famed destinations like Wild Wadi Water Park, and others including an exotic city tour of Dubai.
The achievers also had a fun-filled and adventurous desert safari where they enjoyed sand dunes cruising, camel rides, tombola, belly dance and a sumptuous dinner.
The closing of the day was electrifying and full of motivation. The following day all left to their stations as per schedule with lots of sweet memories and high aspirations for next year to celebrate another successful year.
