Sales Management Development Program LEAD launched for CCL sales force

In line with the corporate strategic intent of hiring developing and retaining the best human resource CCL’s Training function recently designed a curriculum for the sales managers of PakOps and IntOps teams for their professional development. The objective of the program is to empower them with skill sets to effectively realize their future responsibilities and challenges. This 2-3 year program has clear milestones, and is being implemented with the help of an external consultant, i.e., TMF Associates.

The first session in the LEAD series was conducted at 3 venues, Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi for the sales managers of northern, central and southern regions. The sessions were addressed by Dr. Shahzad Khan and Muhammad Akram while emphasizing the importance of “Change” and expectations of the management. They advised the participants to learn as much as they can and execute their learning to make their teams more professional and productive. The session was spiced up with role plays, case studies and assignment presentations. A comprehensive follow-up plan has also been chalked out to put the learning into practice.
