LAHORE, JULY 2018: A daylong workshop was recently arranged by the Sales Training function of CCL at the Lahore School of Economics (LSE) on the topic of data-based customer centricity and its relevance to CCL.
The workshop was attended by senior managers of IntOps and CH business and was facilitated by Dr. Aamir Khan, Associate Dean of Executive Education, a renowned scholar from the Oxford University, UK with a degree in French literature and a Ph.D. in marketing from The Cranfield University, England.
Participants from all affiliates of CCL along with the senior managers of CH business spent a full-day to evaluate, interpret, present and utilize the data with new insights. The participants were assigned some pre-work and were asked to come up with their findings. The workshop used a different training methodology, which engaged each participant throughout to let them explore their hidden potential of multidimensional data analysis. The session was concluded by Dr. Shahzad Khan, Chief Operating Officer (COO), with the expectation that the learning from the workshop will drive better results.
