PHNOM PENH, SEPTEMBER 2018:In line with CCL’s mission of enabling healthier, happier lives across the world, International Operations (IntOps) recently launched“Recovering Smiles”campaign across all its operational regions. As part of the activity,CCL team distributed coloring books, pencils, balloons and fruit baskets among sick children in the Pulmonology Ward of Pediatric Section, National Pediatric Hospital in Cambodia.
The campaign aims to engage physicians, patientsand publicand is being led by UmairZamir, Product Manager, South East Asiaregionalong with the sales team of Cambodia.
The awareness campaign included ascientific session where the hospital staff was briefed on CCL’soperations. It was followed by product presentations on CEF-OD, Monteluk, Dilcozyme and Pulmonol. The session was attended by 55 participants including doctors, paramedical staff, Head of the Department and the hospital director.
Samples of Monteluk were also donated to the hospital for deserving patients. The session was concluded by the Director of National Pediatric Hospital, Dr. NhepAngkeabos with encouraging remarks. “It is a wonderful activity by CCL and is first of its kind in our institute. I am excited and happy to see the smiles on these beautiful faces,” he added. A letter of appreciation was also presented to UmairZamir by the Director himself.Patients and their families appreciated the activity and thanked CCL for spreading smiles.
