CCL has welcomed the new decade by winning the coveted Annual Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2020 conferred by the National Forum for Environment and Health, which reflects the company’s commitment to pursuing a sustainable future through humanitarian and social projects. Dr. Qaddafi Jahangir – Director Business Development and Innovation at CCL Pharmaceuticals received the award from the Honourable Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly – Mr. Qasim Suri and Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs – Ali Haider Zaidi on the organisations behalf.
As a healthcare company, CCL has supported the Dilawar Hussain Foundation which hosts Community Health Programmes, with clinics providing free outpatient facilities to the needy including free consultation and medicines. The Foundation has treated more than 270,000 Diabetics since 2011. CCL also supports the Zubaida Dilawar School which is serving in the field of Primary Education, The Zubaida Dilawar School has provided free education to more than 700 children in deprived communities with free books and meals.
