The Consumer Healthcare (CH) team recently participated in the 5-day Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs Summit (YLES) 2018 held at the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
“We always take pride in being part of prestigious events at leading universities nationwide as it provides us a platform to showcase our consumer products to the youth and is also beneficial for corporate image building,” remarks Usamah Iyyaz Billah, Marketing Manager, Consumer Healthcare, CCL.
CCL was a prominent part of two business events, Brand Rush & Plug It In. Brand Rush included a creative competition among the students involving Battle of the Brands and Brand Your Inventions, the two exhilarating rounds of this event, which aimed to highlight how an idea can attract consumers through posters, banners, games, samples and much more. Plug It In was based on entrepreneurial ideas by the participants.
Contestants developed creative collateral on Ezifiber, Dextron-D and Pulmonol lozenges as per the given space while thinking out of the box, for example, a TVC, poster, and website. As part of the engagement activity, the CH team set up a stand of Bioumousse Flora and offered free product samples to over 1200 students of top business schools from all across the country who participated in the event.
Brand Manager Yasser Anwar said, ‘Intimate hygiene is considered a taboo and our brand Biomousse is such a wonderful vehicle to break barriers. Many of the girls didn’t know that Biomousse gel is a daily intimate wash for females and is equipped with a triple action formula.”
LES is the first student-based entrepreneurial society in Pakistan and seeks to encompass the spirit of growth and entrepreneurship by fostering leadership, business and organizational skills.
