CCL Pharmaceuticals has started its Management Trainee Program 2020 to look for future leaders who can help us in enabling a healthier, happier tomorrow! The program has kicked off with initial screening interviews with the top universities of Pakistan, divided into 2 categories i.e. Management & Medical (Pharm. D & MBBS). The MT’s have been evaluated & shortlisted based on CCL’s values & agilities. Interviewer training was also conducted initially, ‘Right people on the Bus’ which comprised of LinkedIn learning module followed by an interactive session in which the structured interview guide containing scenario-based questions was discussed.
