Leadership Team along with the management and colleagues from plant were invited to attend this session so that the message could be conveyed to a larger audience to ensure accountability and ownership towards making this program a success. The Ceremony began with a brief about the company, its mission and our strategy to reach the desired destination by Dr. Shahzad Khan – MD/CEO. It was followed by a detailed session on introduction, background, purpose, pillars and the step-wise process of ManEx Program implementation by Mansoor A. Lodhi – Director Supply Chain. Proceeding further, Badging of Leadership Team, Pillar leaders and circle team was conducted by Dr. Shahzad Khan. The attendees of the launch then took oath that they would faithfully execute their duties and CCL as an Organization will reach to the next level of Excellence.
Sarmad Farid – ManEx Executive presented the stats and action plan which was further explained by Pillar Leaders; Quality Maintenance – Farhan Qureshi, Continuous Improvement – Irfan Ali Khan, Planned Maintenance – Abdur Rehman, Education & Training – Saman Najeeb & Autonomous Maintenance – Aimen Mustafaiz. Shoaib Ahmed – CHRO shared a positive dose of energy with the audience explaining how passion one of our core Values can help achieve ManEx agenda. M. Akram Consultant of ManEx appreciated the efforts made by team 62 to support the ManEx Agenda. The ceremony ended with the closing remarks by Dr. Rizwan – Director Quality Operations emphasizing on the importance of ManEx.
