At CCL, we believe that growth depends on the people of the organization. To celebrate our people and culture, CCL HR organized the Fiesta to feature the happenings throughout October and November. Some of the main highlights of the event was giving away prizes to the employees who received and awarded maximum Value Appreciation Cards. Long Service awards were awarded to CCL family members with 10 years and above service to the organization, employees received a shield and a card thanking them for their dedication to CCL over the years. Moreover, a very warm welcome was arranged for the new joiners by giving them chocolates and interactions among the CCL family.
To recognize the fast-paced technology of the future, a knowledge sharing session with the top 20 trends in technology beyond 2020 were shared with the audience. A new learning corner was also inaugurated by Dr. Shahzad – MD/CEO of CCL Pakistan for the learning of the employees.As CCL always strives to provide an open culture among the colleagues, therefore the CCL Fiesta was ended with an engaging Q&A session with the audience regarding suggestion, ideas, activities and policies of the company.
