LAHORE, FEB. 2019: “Welcome to the launch of Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS); I am pleased to share with you that from 1st March, 2019 we will receive all regulatory requests online in the system,” remarked a jubilant Kamran Atif, Director of Regulatory Affairs, CCL.
“RIMS is an efficient system for collection, storage, retrieval and communication of regulatory information offering flexible access, transparency and data reliability,” remarked Irfan Sohail, Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs.
Irfan also mentioned that RIMS includes data about in-process, applied, registered and renewed products (country-wise) with update of day-to-day regulatory matters, data bank of rules, regulations, SROs, notifications etc. “Some of the key objectives of having such a software is to provide requisite information on customer/regulatory needs while creating a checklist of all regulatory requirements in each country of operation,” he added. Later Kashif Sajjad Sheikh, MD and CEO of CCL Pharmaceuticals launched the system by logging in.
