LAHORE, JAN. 2019: The Talent Acquisition team in Human Resources of CCL Pharmaceuticals recently participated in a career fair held at the University of Central Punjab (UCP) Lahore campus.
“Career fairs provide a convenient and unique opportunity to interact with a large number of organizations recruiting for full-time and part-time positions and draw recruiters from all industries,” remarked Shoaib Ahmed, CHRO CCL.
Organized by the Career Service Office at UCP the Annual Career Fair 2019 was a daylong affair which was participated by over 50 prominent national and multinational organizations. Various managers from different functions of CCL were available at the CCL stand to interact and guide students during the fair; students from all disciplines participated in this activity.
The HR personnel held talks with fresh graduates and evaluated their knowledge, skills, and passion to learn in a working environment. Candidates delivered around 200 CVs directly to the participating companies.
Hosted once a year, UCP Career Fair gives students a convenient opportunity to meet a large number of organizations recruiting for internship and full-time positions. Representatives from various industries are ready to provide information about their organization and what type of talent they are looking to recruit.
