Advancing Access to Quality Diabetes Care in Pakistan

Dilawar Hussain Foundation (DHF), the philanthropic arm of CCL Holding, has joined the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) as an official member, reinforcing its commitment to improving diabetes care in Pakistan.

DHF is a non‑profit organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of people affected by diabetes through prevention, treatment, and community awareness programs. Since its establishment in 2011, DHF has expanded its reach with multiple diabetes management centers offering free and subsidised care, education, and nutrition counselling to underserved populations.

The International Diabetes Federation is a global umbrella organisation comprising more than 250 national diabetes associations and member organisations in over 160 countries and territories. IDF leads global efforts to improve diabetes care, prevention, and education, working to empower people living with diabetes and reduce the burden of the disease worldwide.

By joining the IDF network in 2025, DHF will collaborate with international partners to strengthen advocacy, share best practices, and amplify its impact in diabetes prevention and management efforts across Pakistan. The membership also supports DHF’s broader ambition to align with global standards in diabetes care and contribute to solutions that improve health outcomes for millions affected by the condition.
